We don't feed Roxy scraps from our plates but my lodger thought he was being nice last night and without us knowing scraped his baked beans into her bowl. Oh my god I though we had a hurricane blowing through the house. A very smelly one at that!!! Do you feed scraps?

I will occasionally save Jade some meat and gravy from my roast dinner but apart from that she doesn't get anything. I'm still trying to get some weight off her and its proving harder than I thought!!

I do sometimes but it depends on what the scraps are, Paul my oldest son has a really bad habit of giving Tess whatever he's eating when i'm not looking, and we always have to suffer afterwards

Never, never, never do scraps get fed in my house. I've seen too many dogs come thru the clinic suffering from pancreatitis because they are not able to digest the fatty foods we eat. After seeing how they can suffer and in some cases die I could never risk giving scraps to my pets.

i don't feed them anything of our plates, if there is any extra meat when i cook i will put it to the side and give it to them. i onl do this so the dogs don't try to take of people, if they see it coming from one of our plates then they will think it is ok just to take and i don't really want them doing that so tend not to give them.
