I had an amazing time. My sister lives in Tokyo, and this was my second visit. Def a recommended holiday destination!

Looks like a great place - would love to go but would find it hard to rent a caravan at the mo with my bank balance!!!!! :lol!:

I know that feeling - saved up for nearly a year to go there, and didn't even need to pay for a hotel as stayed with my sister.

She's been there for a couple of years, but is coming home in a couple of months, which is great as I do really miss her. Won't be as much fun going to stay with her in a London suburb though - although I guess the upside is that she might let Murdoch come with me lol.

Where did Murdoch go while you were away?

My neighbour looked after him for me, which is great as Murdoch loves him and he gets one on one attention. As Murdoch doesn't like other dogs much, I really worry about putting him in kennels, which is why I generally try to take UK hols where I can take him with me. This has the added bonus of being able to spend fun times with my boy. It's a win-win situation!

I'm the same - love my UK hols with the dog - I hate leaving her and hate the idea of kennels - she usually stays with my mother and father in law who treat her like a princess!!
