This poor little staffy girl was attacked by some thoughtless cruel people or person. I couldnt imagine this happening to either of my kids.

Oh. My. God. I actually feel sick. How on earth could anybody do such a thing? To any living creature, but particularly to a defenceless little puppy. So badly wrong.
Hanging is too good for some people.
