Well Angel had her annual booster on Friday...she didn't even flinch when getting jabbed with the needle!

She also got her hips and heart checked and she's fine and dandy.

Had to get her ear checked again as she's been scratching at it and showing signs of discomfort. So the vet looked at it though the wee instrument that has the light and all on it and again she has a very mucky ear deep down! So more antibiotic ear drops twice a day for her.

Other than that and the scratching she's fine Annual Booster & Checkup 126367

Glad to hear things went well at the vets and I hope the ear drops do the trick.

Annual Booster & Checkup 444208 I so hope so as she has been having real trouble with her ears, especially her right one.

Claire - Its so handy when they take the needle easily.

Kirsty - I think because Angel's neck is so thick (wee fatikins lol) that's why she doesn't feel it Annual Booster & Checkup 606702

I'm in a dilemma and I know you lot will be only too pleased to help me out!!!

Jadie needs to go to the vets ASAP for a check and worming etc - its way way overdue but I have been asked to go out on the tiles tonight!
The vets has a walk in clinic up until 9.30 in the morning, they have no appointments left on the afternoon and is closed on Sunday so if we dont take her she'll have to wait til next weekend.
On the flip side - I cant remember the last time I went out and had a few bevvies with the girls but I cant possibly do that AND get up in the morning!

What do I do - do I be a bad mommy and neglect my little girl for another week or just stay in and take in the morning as planned?! Annual Booster & Checkup 694658

If she's ok in herself I can't see another 7 days being a huge issue for her. Its not like she has to go for anything serious. She's not showing any signs of discomfort is she?

Would your OH not take her for you or is he going out too?

Mummies need to have some fun too ya know...so as long as she's alright in herself go swing yer thang!

Hope you have a cracker night chick!

Well I didn't go out and shake me pants on Friday so we were up nice and early to take Jade to the vets.

He weighed her and shes gone from 23.9kg to 23.1kg which he was really pleased about - said the weights coming off steadily like it should do and shes shaping up really well. Cheked her ears, breathing, heart joints etc and all is well - my ickle girl is in better shape than me! Annual Booster & Checkup 606702

Annual Booster & Checkup 444208 chick, that's good to hear. It must be hard getting her wee weight down, especially with the look of sadness that they pull ever so well when we're eating something tasty and they're not Annual Booster & Checkup 796753
