Hi Guys

Just thought I'd introduce myself, I'm Rae 24 years old and live in Staffordshire. My husband is Vic and we have a 6 week old little girl called Rowan.

Stumbled across the site whilst I was on Facebook and thought I'd come and be nosey. We don't have a Staffie yet because our living situation doesn't warrent us having one atm.

Victor is from the USA and whilst we lived there we had an American Staffie called Hades. Because of the law we were unable to bring her with us and she now lives with his parents.

When Rowan is slightly older and we're settled back into the UK fully we hope to re-home a staffie in need!

Hi Rae & Vic. Firstly....Congrats on your new baby girl!!! Your situation sounds similar to mine. My husband is from here in the UK but I'm from Canada and before we moved here we had to rehome our Amstaff/Am bulldog cross due to DEFRA rules. So hard isn't it? Welcome to the forum and hope you enjoy it here. Looking forward to the day when you will be able to share pics of a staffy but in the meantime we will gladly look at baby pics. I'm a new grandma of a beautiful baby girl that I will be flying back to see in just 10 days, my 1st time back home since moving here.

Welcome - I rescued Lily two years ago and it was the best thing I've ever done. Can't imagine life without her. There are so many unwanted Staffies about so it would be great if you could give one (or two) a loving home.
