Cross Breed, male, approximately 8 years old. He is brindle in colour with a little bit of white on his chest. Fergus is a lovely, quiet and steady boy!
He will be put to sleep on Tuesday 7th October 2008 if he is not claimed, a rescue space is not secured for him or if funds are not available for emergency boarding.


No. 1788: SMITHERS
Smithers needs a rescue space.
Staffordshire Bull Terrier, male, approximately 12 months old. He is black in colour with white markings and is small in size. Smithers is a slightly nervous but lovely boy who likes to sit on knees and give cuddles!
He will be put to sleep on Tuesday 7th October 2008 if he is not claimed, a rescue space is not secured for him or if funds are not available for emergency boarding.


No. 1790: ALEX (Neutered)
Alex needs a rescue space.
Staffordshire Bull Terrier, male, approximately 6 years old. He is white in colour with black/brindle patches and is small-medium in size. Alex is a very friendly but quite steady lad!
He will be put to sleep on Wednesday 8th October 2008 if he is not claimed, a rescue space is not secured for him or if funds are not available for emergency boarding.

where are these dogs based i will take them in untill thay find some where i have a rescue staff already ?

Rochdale Dog Rescue do not rehome to members of the public. The dogs all go to rescues who rehome the dogs..

Smithers is safe in a RDR foster home.
Fergus was claimed from the pound by his owner.
Can't find any reference to Alex on RDR site so assume he was claimed by owner.
