9 Year Old Staffie Due to Die

Can anyone help a 9 year old Staffie who is due to be put to sleep?
His owner has died and the family don't like dogs.
He is already castrated and was once a much loved pet. Now he has been dealt some very bad luck and through no fault of his own is going to die.
I only have sketchy details, except that he is great with people.
This boy does not deserve to end his life like this!

oh goodness that is really sad, poor boy. he's lost his owner and now been cast aside by the family. i really hope he can find another loving home to live out his days, this story breaks my heart =0(
