What food
Hi guys just wondering what food you have your dogs on now and how much it costs a month
I have changed to IAMS and what a difference it has made the only thing is the price but i cant grumble cos it makes my dogs happy
I pay 33 quid every three to four weeks for a 15kg bag

Re: What food
I am an avid Arden Grange fan - I cannot speak more highly of it.
Jade has come on leaps and bounds since she started having it. She has it with Natures Diet or sardines in sunflower oil and never leaves a morsel!!!
Costs bout the same as your Iams Kez and lasts ages! Just ordered another sack actually from berriewood wholesale - very good service.

Re: What food
I use som raw norwegian food for dogs. i have 20kg for about 2,5month. It`s cost me around 8nkr = 1euro each day
Re: What food
My two are on Arden Grange and their coats are so shiny from it. They eat Ocean Fish & Potatoe which is £45 for 15kg bag and free delivery. This last between 3-4 weeks.
They are getting bored of it so I have ordered Harringtons Natural Turkey & Veg from Yorkshire for a wee change. Its £20 for a 15kg bag but near £19 for delivery to me in Northern Ireland. Its just a change for them to see if they like it and how they do on it. With Angelbella's allergy I'm limited with choice.
It seems good though, well from what I read about it but I guess the proof will be how Angel gets on with it really. Oh the drama!

Re: What food
I use Arden Grange and like Clare cannot rate it highly enough! Both my two are so fit and healthy. I buy a 15kg for £30 and it lasts my two 5-6 weeks. Cos it is an excellent quality food, you feed less. I don't feed the RDA as it is too much for them, but as you can see from any of my photos, just how fit my two are.
I would be warry with the Iams though as it has a high yeast content and it can cause irritation to some dogs skin. We switched Rocco over to Iams soon after we got him as I couldn't get AG,.. a few weeks later - his fur started to fall out...Vets treated him for Demodex, but I strongly believe it was the yeast...
Iams also use Animal Derivatives as far as I can remember - which is basically, heads, feet, guts, lungs, feathers, hair, wool and unborn eggs...YUK!

Re: What food
The Harringtons food I was on about came today & they wolfed it down. So far so good. Have to watch out for any change to Angel's condition though.
Also I got them dried ocean fish snacks...yucky & smelly but they absolutley love them! They near mauled me when I opened the stinky bag!
Nikki, where do you get the 15kg Arden Grange for £30 from if you don't mind me asking? Thanks.

Re: What food
I switched to Burns as the recipe for JWB has changed and is not agreeing with my gang. The cost including the raw meat I mix in is about £45 p/mo for all 3 dogs.

Re: What food
my young bitch is on arden grange puppy/junior chicken and rice and will be until she is 12months old when i will switch her to arden grange adult - dont mind which flavour! a 15kg bag costing £35 lasts her around 6 weeks as she is only little!
my older bitch didnt do well on arden grange - she is naturally very athletic and its hard to keep even a minimum of weight on her as she has such a fast metabolism and is so active!! she is on a muesli mix which believe it or not costs just £12.99 for 15kg!!! this lasts her 4 weeks, and gives her a gorgeous shine to her coat as well as ensuring she doesnt look overly bony!!
