Haven holiday allow dogs but you've got to phone them and tell them what type of dog you have, i know that Craig , Ayr and Seton Sands just outside Edinburgh allow staffies and EBT on their sites, we alway go to Craig Tara and theirs always loads of staffies and EBT's there and my OH's aunty has her own caravan at Seton Sands and she has a staffie and it's always been welcome on their site :D

Re: Dog holidays ?where to go
Didn't know Haven allow dogs. We always tend to go to Brean Sands in Somerset as its only an hour and a half in the car. We've stayed in 2 caravan sites called Beachside Holiday Park and Unity Farm and they've both been great - never had any problems with Jade being a staffy.
Unity Farm was great cos it had a huge enclosed garden around the caravan so we could leave all the doors open and not worry - bit more expensive though.

I think the only rules Haven have with dogs being on their sites is that you must keep them on a lead on the site and pick up any poo aswell, and they also don't like dogs that bark all the time

Saw an article today about holidays with your pets and it said there is a 'Pets Welcome 2008' guide with a full list of places that accept pets. It is available in all Pets At Home stores. Might be helpful.
