I was born in the back yard ... People say i look hard

I want to cuddle day and night ... My owner pokes sticks makes me fight

Ive put him to shame ... I always get the blame
Hear cries of pitbull
... Its not my fault at all
Im caught in the hype ... people say im a type

They point to the door...We dont want you anymore
They dont think of me
...Ive longer legs you see
A man says theres something you should know...

That ones no good for a dog show
The breeder wont have me back ... My
nose isnt black
He says im too tall... Not my fault im not small
His
eyes are too light...Im losing this fight
Ive landed on my feet ... Been
picked up off the street
Hes black and tan is it true...Id get more money if
he was blue
Even if he were blue... He wont win shows for you
He said im
kc ... Had papers made for me
Im sorry those papers are hung... Dont know
why ive been flung
Not a proper staffie im told...So left out in the cold

Media papers and t.v. ... Have got it all in for me
Gone for a long ride
in the car... left behind fence made of iron bar
Its my birthday im seven...
Got a new owner coming called heaven
Ive been here since two...Seen them
replace old with new
I dream of a family and log fire ... As this weird
booster makes me tire
Omg ive not woken up...In my kennel theres a pup

If you feel sad for me...Go to the kennels then you"ll see
In there
thousands they wait...For someone who doesnt know hate
I hope you spare a
thought... for rescues and dogs brought
Every dog has its day... im off to
the bridge to run and play
B.S.L. may have won...I smile now my best days
have come
As heaven doesnt care for colour or creed...They except you all as
one wonderful beautiful breed

Funnily enough no only half hour was just thinking and a few words just rhymed started jotting it down
then it just poured out
